Partnering with Organizations to Transform Vision into Reality.

VIS About Us Header

We Are in the Business of Changing the Way Nonprofits Succeed.

VISIONALITY has grown from a one-woman passion project to a team of innovative thinkers and creators, with over 100 years of combined nonprofit experience, who are dedicated to developing and implementing creative solutions that change the way nonprofits in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties succeed.

OUR COMPANY VALUES

Empowerment - We are committed to making the table bigger and the walls lower through self and community empowerment and by questioning existing systems of power, working towards more equity and access, and collaborating with those we serve in order to foster shared power and transparency.

Revolution - We are fueled to solve problems, disrupt the industry, be part of the change. Creating systemic change in our industry. We identify broken systems and rebuild them to benefit everyone involved.

Authenticity - We strive to create and nurture an environment that allows ourselves and others to be their most authentic selves and develop honest relationships (in the way that works best for them, both personally and professionally.)

Compassion - We meet people where they are with kindness and always putting humanity first.

Hope - We ground ourselves on the hope that problems can be solved, situations can get better, and growth is always possible.

VISIONALITY is an anti-racist business full of brave, equality-minded, fiercely forward-thinking employees who are committed to supporting and lifting the voices of people locally, nationally and globally.
  • To keep the conversation about race and access ongoing amongst our team and our clients – to not be afraid to challenge people to make the table bigger.
  • To strive every day to treat people equally, to constantly check ourselves for potential blind spots, to make sure OUR table is big enough.
  • To listen when needed – we recognize where we are NOT the best or most appropriate subject matter experts, and we will sit and give space to and amplify those who are.
  • To take a more active role in pushing nonprofits to think beyond the role of simple diversity, and instead deeply embrace systemic changes towards inclusion in staffing, in boardrooms, and in their services.
